Dinkleboo personalised kids storybooks and name labels are proudly made in the United Kingdom, to order. Each product is custom created, quality checked and dispatched within 1-3* business days from our factory in Wakefield. High volume periods may delay production of your order.

Dinkleboo works closely with Royal Mail and DHL to deliver your parcel as quickly as possible. Dinkleboo offers two shipping methods - Standard Mail and DHL Express. Please note "DHL Express" does not further speed up production times.

The shipping charges are calculated based on the collective weight of your order and delivery method selected.

Refunds and cancellation of order is generally not provided except for cases of process or product malfunction (i.e., workmanship defect, book arrives damaged). Dinkleboo is not responsible for customer generated mistakes, errors or defects including spelling, typographical or grammatical errors, order quantity or other ordering errors. Please be sure to preview your order carefully before placing your order. Images and text will be printed as they appear in the Preview.
